Matshediso's Story I always found working with computers intriguing and thought that only smart people could code, until I saw ordinary people doing it and started researching about it, and trying some codes online, then I realized how fun coding is and also challenging enough to stimulate my mind.

🙋‍♀️ Matshediso's Motivation

I want to venture into the Tech industry, mainly because my degree has proven to be of no use, and with the shortages of jobs in my country I noticed that there is a gap in the tech space which I would like to fill,

🤹‍♀️ Matshediso's Hobbies

I enjoy reading novels and watching movies over popcorn.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
