Nabila's Story My interest in coding sparked during a pivotal moment in 9th grade when a zero on a test made me reassess the true value of grades. It was a wake-up call that grades were merely numbers on paper, and I had lost touch with my genuine passions in pursuit of high scores. This realization ignited a journey of self-discovery, leading me to explore what truly captivated me. Despite the limited resources in my town, I dedicated myself to self-study, delving into the basics of coding. This process demanded patience, time, and perseverance as I navigated through unfamiliar territory. With every line of code I wrote, I found a sense of fulfillment and excitement that I had been missing. Coding became more than a skill; it became a gateway to a world where creativity and problem-solving merged seamlessly. Through this journey of self-teaching, I not only found my passion but also discovered a path where I could channel my curiosity and drive for learning into tangible creations.

I see learning to code as a powerful tool to create opportunities not just for myself, but for other women who aspire to enter the tech industry. Through SheCodes, I am equipping myself with the skills needed to break barriers, inspire others, and pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive future.
