Nthatisi's Story I first became interested in coding when I realised how much technology influences almost every part of our lives, from websites to mobile applications. I became curious about how these systems are created and how they work behind the scenes. This curiosity, combined with my desire to gain practical and future-focused skills, inspired me to explore coding. I see coding as a powerful skill that can help me solve problems, create useful tools, and open doors to new opportunities.

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes is to expand my career opportunities and develop valuable digital skills that are relevant in today’s modern workplace. As someone who recently completed Human Resource Development, I am interested in combining technology with HR to improve systems, data management, and employee development. Learning how to code will help me become more versatile, confident with technology, and better prepared for future career growth. I am also motivated by the opportunity to challenge myself, learn something new, and become part of the growing tech community.

Nthatisi's coding training

Nthatisi has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
