Olena's Story I first became interested in coding when I started learning programming languages on a daily basis. I began my coding journey by studying from a book that guided me from Scratch to HTML. This gradual progression allowed me to understand the fundamentals of coding and gradually build up my skills. As I delved deeper into the world of programming, I became fascinated by the power of coding to create and solve problems. Some of my hobbies include reading, learning foreign languages, meeting new people, helping others, and running. Reading allows me to explore different worlds and gain knowledge in various subjects. I find great joy in expanding my language skills and immersing myself in different cultures through language learning. Meeting new people is always exciting for me as it allows me to learn from their experiences and broaden my perspectives. Helping others brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Lastly, running is a physical activity that helps me stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It also gives me a sense of accomplishment and allows me to clear my mind. Overall, these hobbies bring me joy, personal growth, and a balanced approach to life

Olena's coding training

Olena has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
