Olena's Story I heard about it a couple of years ago, but I thought I wouldn't be able to do it because men told me so. Now I have completely changed my mind and I am ready to learn. I also saw about your program in Ukrainian publications for refugees and became interested in it. I like that this program is for women by women.

🙋‍♀️ Olena's Motivation

My biggest motivation to take these courses is because when Ukraine wins this war, the recovery of the economy in Ukraine will begin. Investors from different countries will invest in Ukraine and its reconstruction. I also want to participate in the recovery of the economy of my homeland. That is, I want to work in Ukraine after the victory

🤹‍♀️ Olena's Hobbies

my hobbies are reading psychology and business literature, learning something new. I spend my free time with friends or walking around Lisbon by myself.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
