Olena's Story I joined IT company as a process management engineer. I understood the details of software development process and realized that it’s interesting for me to be a part of a delivery team. I became a manual tester and wanted to learn coding as a next step.

I have experience in IT industry and I have good understanding of what this job actually is, the responsibilities and requirements to this position. I had a 3 years break because of maternity leave, and it’s a chance for me to return to work and to do what I actually wanted

Due to current circumstances in my life I can’t think of my hobbies, I don’t have them now. Learning something new for me would be a great chance to make myself busy and to do something meaningful

Olena's coding training

Olena has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
