Rasha's Story I developed a natural curiosity about technology and how it works after I was introduced to coding in school and through many online courses. I am interested in learning coding because coding can provide a valuable skill that can lead to employment opportunities and financial independence, especially in crisis situation.

I think coding can connect me to a community of like minded individuals who may offer support and encouragement , also a strong motivation for me to learn coding is the desire to understand how technology works and how to manipulate it.

I have got a wide range of hobbies and interests mainly outdoor activities and socializing with family and friends, I also like taking classes, reading books and learning new skills.

Rasha's coding training

Rasha has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
