Rebaone's Story I first became interested in coding last year during my final year at UJ, when I attended a coding boot camp. That experience opened my eyes to the possibilities of tech and how powerful coding can be in building solutions and bringing ideas to life.

🙋‍♀️ Rebaone's Motivation

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes comes from a desire to develop practical skills in technology that can open up new career opportunities. I want to gain a deeper understanding of how websites and apps work, and being able to create my own projects excites me. Learning to code also gives me a way to problem-solve creatively, which is something I find fulfilling. Plus, with the growing demand for tech skills, I know coding will help me stay competitive in the job market and take control of my professional growth.

🤹‍♀️ Rebaone's Hobbies

For fun, I enjoy staying active, trying out new fitness routines, and exploring different outdoor activities. I also love learning new things, so I spend time improving my skills in areas like digital marketing or tech. Traveling and researching new places to visit, is something I enjoy doing as well. The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
