Regina's Story Last year in 2023. I have seen my children learn coding and to some extent it has supported them in working online and networking with people who expand their knowledge and challenge them to improve their coding skills.

🙋‍♀️ Regina's Motivation

My motivation to learning coding is for many reasons among them, learning a new skill that I can apply to automate my daily work, come up with a product that can provide solutions to my area of work, start a new career that does not have retirement age and start remote work lifestyle.

🤹‍♀️ Regina's Hobbies

Hiking and socializing. Otherwise I spend a lot of my time indoors listening to podcasts and sometimes watching documentaries.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
