Rolanda's Story I first learned about coding through my dad but never fully understood what it was, until I started doing research for myself, one thing about me I like to do research on any and everything and I found that coding it what happens behind the sense, the fact that at the click of my button things happens that's what interests me to be the person behind where the magic happens.

My motivation is to empower, empower myself and my community. To equip myself for a better digital tomorrow. To skill myself with knowledge and understanding that will not only better me as an individual but also better my family and community. I aspire to insipe a better generation.

I enjoy cooking, I like social media not the one taking pictures or videos but the one watching. I also like doing research and discovering new things. I do love traveling which I wish I could more of that.

Rolanda's coding training

Rolanda has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
