Rutuja's Story When I discovered how effective it is to create things from scratch, whether it's a website, an application, or using creativity and logic to solve real-world problems, I became interested in coding. How a few lines of code could produce something interactive and significant captivated me. As I began researching tech communities, creating small projects, and envisioning a time when I could use code to truly make an impact, that curiosity evolved into passion.

In order to translate my ideas into practical solutions, I want to develop a solid foundation in coding. As a young woman with an interest in technology, I think SheCodes and similar platforms can give me the knowledge, support, and self-assurance I need to overcome obstacles in the field. I can't wait to develop, learn, and work on worthwhile projects as a member of the encouraging global community of women in technology.

🤹‍♀️ Rutuja's Hobbies

I’m deeply passionate about Indian classical vocal music—I’ve passed 5 out of 7 exams with distinction, which has really shaped my discipline and creativity. I also enjoy art and have passed both the elementary and intermediate government drawing exams. Canvas painting is one of my favorite ways to relax and express my thoughts visually. Besides that, I like playing badminton and exploring tech-related activities like coding and building small projects for fun.

Rutuja's coding training

Rutuja has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
