Sarah 's Story I first became interested in coding when I was in school. I was fascinated by how websites and apps were created and wanted to learn more. I started with online tutorials and coding games, and soon I was hooked! I enjoyed the problem-solving aspect and the feeling of creating something from scratch. As I learned more, I realized the endless possibilities coding offered and how it could be used to make a positive impact. From there, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in tech and continue learning and growing as a coder.

Having a diploma in information technology has given me a great foundation, but I know there's always more to learn. I'm looking to upskill and stay current with industry trends, so I'm excited to dive deeper with SheCodes. I'm interested in exploring new areas like web development and data analysis, and maybe even transitioning into a related field. I've heard great things about the SheCodes community and I'm looking forward to connecting with other women in tech who share similar goals and interests. My ultimate goal is to take my career to the next level and stay ahead in the industry.

In my free time, I enjoy learning new things, whether it's a new programming language or a fascinating topic. I find it exciting to expand my knowledge and skills. I also like to read, try out new recipes, spend time with my loved one and exploring new places.

Sarah 's coding training

Sarah has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
