Sikhosonke 's Story There a few tiktokers that are women and are in the coding industry. And they inspired me to try and get into this and especially when there aren't a lot of women in this industry. I feel empowered to start here

I'm 23 and still living at home ,trying to find things that I'm passionate about . I've really been interested in the coding/compter industry and i feel SheCodes would be a great foundation to start since i have applied to university for Bachelor of Information Technology for the year 2025. I'm hoping this program will give me something to be excited about during my gap year and find some sort of independence for myself .

I read a lot of book I try to play sports at least once a week I sleep a lot I study 4 days of the week I watch movies

Sikhosonke 's coding training

Sikhosonke has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
