Siphumelele's Story For the past few years I’ve been exploring my creative side for the first time. I’ve always thought if you’re an analytical person there’s no room for you to be creative. I discovered that it’s possible to be both analytical and explore your creativity. After seeing videos about coding on TikTok I started doing more research about it and decided to attend the SheCodes free class, I realized that really this is a skill I want to learn, a skill that requires both being analytical and creative.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
