Somaya's Story I first became interested in coding when I started learning more about computers and technology. I realized that coding is not only about computers, but it can also help people create websites, applications, and useful things. I became more curious about it and wanted to learn how these things are made. Since then, I have wanted to learn coding and improve my skills step by step.

I am interested in SheCodes because I want to learn coding and new technology skills. I have always been interested in computers, and I want to learn something useful that can help me in my future. I also want to learn about AI because I think technology will be very important in the future. Since I cannot easily access these kinds of classes, this opportunity is very valuable for me. I want to use this opportunity to learn, practice, and build a better future for myself and can help my family.

Somaya's coding training

Somaya has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
