Svitlana's Story At first I thought about coding when I was trying to find a way to keep me and my family's life afloat during the war. Then I had an attempt to learn something by myself. And now I feel like I'm ready to join SheCodes and gain new experience

I think to create something is quite a motivation! I want to be the one who improves this world by providing the better technologies. Of course the great advantages of being a part of tech industry is a decent salary and ability to work remotely, and I want this because I need to get my life back on track.

Before the war I liked to travel with my family. Spending time with the loved ones is the biggest thing for me. Also I enjoying knitting and cross-stitching a bit

Svitlana's coding training

Svitlana has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
