Svitlana's Story I have started working in IT just recently as a Customer Success Manager. There is a lot happening inside of the IT companies that I am not very familiar for now. I mostly get feedback from customer about some new feature request but I would like to know myself how it can be done. I want to know IT inside and out and coding is one of the ways to do it.

🙋‍♀️ Svitlana's Motivation

I have been looking for an opportunity to change the course of life and learn something new for a long time. SheCodes does sound like a perfect fit for me! I have heard very positive feedback about the foundation itself. Unfortunately, most of IT schools are not affordable for me at the moment, but I am very motivated and ready to learn and dedicate time to this course and the opportunity given. I thank the foundation for doing it for Ukrainian people. Any kind of support is very appreciated now.

🤹‍♀️ Svitlana's Hobbies

As simple as it can be, my hobby is travelling. Before Covid hit or the war in Ukraine, I used to travel a lot. I am fond of new cultures and learning new languages.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
