Thabang's Story I become interested in coding when I was when a friend who was starting a business wanted me to help her with creating a website for her online store. After going through youtube videos trying to figure out how to do it on our own, I became really curious about how websites works and what made them work.

Because SheCodes is designed for beginners, i believe that it will provide me with a great starting point. I also believe that as an aspiring web developer SheCodes will help me get valuable skills that are in high demand in the world of tech and this will open up opportunities and change my life for the better.

On my spare time I like making sketches of clothes and taking care of my many plants, I also like reading books, playing problem-solving games and watching cooking shows and documentaries.

Thabang's coding training

Thabang has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
