Thet Htar's Story I had always been interested how computers function, but I had never really explored coding before. I was impressed when I saw some of the projects my friends were working on. That was the first time I decided to learn coding and find out what I could create.

🙋‍♀️ Thet Htar's Motivation

I cannot wait to start learning to code with SheCodes. I'm motivated by my love of problem-solving and curiosity about how technology functions. Through coding, I can learn how software applications are made and use that information in either my professional or personal life. I'll be more likely to succeed in anything I try if I can understand how computers work and how to utilize their abilities through code. Additionally, learning to code will provide me access to doors of opportunity for job progression and give me the chance to work as a successful software developer.

🤹‍♀️ Thet Htar's Hobbies

I enjoy watching movies, listening to music to relax, and codeing in my leisure time. It's a great way to relax and stay productive at the same time.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
