Thuy's Story Just for the last one year, when I started to use multiple in-house softwares to operate internal communications and pipelines, at the same time being an account manager who teach and support the product to customers. I found it much more helpful if I can understand the pain point of a product design from customer perspective.

I used to work for an e-commerce as an account manager and I want to do more to bridge the gap between business frontliners and the product management team. I also hope to get access to world-class course related to information management in he future via a master degree.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
