Tkachenko 's Story I decided to change my profession because my work is related to the restaurant business. During the period of kovid and war it was not the best time for hotels and restaurants. So I decided to radically change my profession and started looking for a direction for development. My interest in software development arose about six months ago, when I first tried to write codes and layout pages for a website at one of the marathons of IT professions. This marathon was advised to me by an acquaintance who already works as a programmer and recommended to pay attention to this particular field. The marathon consisted of a presentation of four professions: developer, tester, designer and project manager. I liked software development, website development and layout the most. Since then, I have been terribly fond of this occupation. I have been interested in the exact sciences since childhood, I received a technical education. Therefore, the direction where you need to apply logical thinking and mathematics did not scare me. Now I am interested in articles about what steps are necessary to become a developer, I am engaged in self-development. There is a lot of information, but it's very difficult to process it on my own. Therefore, I would like to be able to study with the help of mentors. But unfortunately now I do not have the financial ability to pay for courses. In addition to layout and website development I try to devote more time to improving my English. In my opinion, every developer needs to be fluent in a foreign language to communicate with colleagues and customers.
