Toyosi's Story I first became interested in coding in 2022 during a challenging period in my life. I was struggling financially and juggling the demands of school, which made me realize the importance of acquiring practical, in-demand skills. I came across stories of people using coding to transform their lives, and it inspired me to explore the tech world. The idea of creating solutions, building projects, and having the opportunity to work remotely appealed to me deeply. My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes stems from a deep desire to improve my life and secure a brighter future. As a fresh graduate, I understand how challenging it can be to find stable opportunities without in-demand skills. I come from a background with limited resources, which makes me even more determined to create a better life for myself and my family. Learning to code will not only empower me financially but also allow me to make meaningful contributions to the tech world. SheCodes stands out because of its inclusive and supportive community, which is perfect for someone like me who is just starting out. I believe this program will give me the tools and confidence I need to succeed in this journey. Toyosi's coding training

Toyosi has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
