Tselane's Story I first became interested in coding during my first year in university. I was not pursuing a career in the technology field however I found that through my statistics course, I enjoyed coding more . This is when I started to research how I can transition into a technology driven career and that is when I discovered SheCodes

🙋‍♀️ Tselane's Motivation

My motivation to learn how to code with SheCodes is to be able to start a career in the tech field as I want to be able to support my family. I am the only sibling to graduate in my family and want to be able to have a stable career. Through research I found that the SheCodes foundation provides women with a strong foundation in learning how to code and that the learners are able to excel in the workplace because of their courses.

I enjoy math quizzes, problem solving activities and basically knowing how things work. I also enjoy listening to music.

Tselane's coding training

Tselane has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

📦 Foundation students get access to these coding workshops:
1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
