Tsholofelo's Story I first became interested in coding after completing my fundamentals of digital marketing certification,the website design intrigued me and I actually designed a website for myself and a medical practice. I then got more curious about what is the difference between website design and development. I watched a 29 minutes video explaining basic coding and from then I have been interested in learning more about coding

🙋‍♀️ Tsholofelo's Motivation

I want to learn how to code with SheCodes because I’m interested in technology, AI, and problem-solving, and I want to build skills that can improve my career opportunities. My background is in pharmaceutical sciences, but I’m also interested in how technology can be used to solve real-world problems and make work more efficient. Learning to code will help me develop practical digital skills and give me a better understanding of how technology works. In the future, I would like to combine my pharmaceutical background with areas such as data science, AI, and possibly bioinformatics. I believe SheCodes will give me a supportive environment where I can learn at my own pace, gain confidence, and develop skills that I can actually use. My goal is not just to learn coding, but to become a better problem-solver and open myself up to new opportunities in the technology space.

In my free time, I enjoy learning new things, especially about technology, AI, and personal development. I also enjoy creating content, working on creative projects, and exploring new business ideas. I like spending time with my family, listening to music, and watching movies or series when I want to relax. I also enjoy journaling, self-care, and going to the gym when I get the chance. I’m naturally curious, so I enjoy activities that allow me to learn, be creative, and grow.

Tsholofelo's coding training

Tsholofelo has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

1. SheCodes Basics (3 weeks)
2. SheCodes AI Basics (3 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
