Unathi 's Story The series Lupin made me more interested in wonders that can be done on internet using coding. My roommate is always using my laptop to code and she is teaching me some coding skills. I have seen that I am very interested in coding, hence I have decided to invest more time and learn more coding skills.

🙋‍♀️ Unathi 's Motivation

During my first year in university we were doing online classes and I knew nothing about computers. Luckily my roommate was doing Information Systems and she taught me the basics of the computer. To my surprise most of her classmates were males. I met a friend who is a member of the SheCodes Foundation and she told me more about it. I was motivated and happy that women are dominating in the coding, and I aspire to be one of them.

🤹‍♀️ Unathi 's Hobbies

I enjoy watching series, playing video games and reading novels.

The SheCodes Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The SheCodes Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
