Yana's Story At school I studied in a math class.When I was 15, we started learning the programming language. At first I was not very interested, but I understood the subject. I successfully completed the task and I started to like it. I started thinking about entering the university at the Faculty of Computer Technology. Now I am graduating from university as a programmer. But I can't call myself a programmer.

Nowadays we are going through difficult time. Everything that seemed important now doesn't matter. But it's still important to move on. I want to improve my knowledge in coding. It will help me calm down. I am just 21 years old. I want to develop and return to normal life. And I think that SheCodes is perfect possibility to do it. Thank you for this big chance.

I have been playing the cello since I was 5 years old. I am also interested in modeling and I like to watch movies, read books.

Yana's coding training

Yana has gained access to SheCodes Basics and SheCodes AI Basics at no cost. Together they are a 6 week coding training that’ll take her from a complete beginner to building her first websites and AI projects.

She'll learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus how to build with AI and modern development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
