Yevheniia's Story For the first time I got acquainted with coding at work when I worked in a team with the IT department on a new website for an online store. Front-end specialists often said that some elements of my design are difficult to implement, and it became interesting for me to understand how to make my design more professional and convenient for building a site. When you work in a team, it is important to understand in what form it is better to transfer your part for further work.

🙋‍♀️ Yevheniia's Motivation

Presently, I work remotely as UI-designer for Ukrainian e-commerce website by creating new design for web & mobile. In 2014 I lost my home in Donetsk during initial occupation by Russia. Few months ago, my family once again faced war – my retired parents had to leave their home in Lyman (Donetsk region) escaping shelling and seeking refuge; now I have to help them make ends meet. I am sure that knowledge of Front-end and other related domains will get me a better stance in IT with better salary which is greatly needed in order to provide for my family.

In my free time I draw. I used to draw mainly with oil paints, but now I'm mastering digital illustration.

Yevheniia's coding training
