Zamashenge's Story My love for Information Technology (IT) grew when I was matric, IT was my best subject and I fell in love with the IT stream along the way. I began to enjoy coding and being in an environment where we talked about finding solutions to the programming scenario given. It was always a thrill having to attend during the Information Technology period, all because that is where I got to do something that I loved, where there were no limitations to tell me I was wrong, it was one subject that needed multiple solutions and broadened my thinking capabilities. It was during the Practical Assessment Task that I made a final decision that I was going to take a course in Information Technology (IT). The practical required us to create a user interface and make up a program good enough to be implemented around travel agencies as a booking system, as challenging as it was, I saw myself in the IT field being a part of the people behind the scenes of creating a user program, shifting from having to be an end-user to be part of the process of building something from scratch, that is where my interest in coding began.
